also set more than -2mm camber on the fronts... 0 on the backs

try taking off the belt to the front wheels if its 4wd and not slippery enough...

put a few layers of electric tape on the wheels...

set the ball bearing diff on the rear to kinda loose - but not so loose as to fall apart... i think the loose rear diff is the most important thing.
