Background: His father Barry, used to be general duties/traffic cop/detective before switching to law.

He's retired now; but does part-time wk for his son David (who has a Masters degree)

Barry was so compassionate, he allowed one of my clients to pay him back over 2 yrs.

David is from the same ilk. He thrives on traffic law. He owns a turbo six and loves it. He says he'll own a GT-R one day.

He recently successfully defended a man who needed his driver's licence for wk, and got pinged by a HP officer who's "SPEED CAMERA" sign was obscured.

Background: He's been helping the collective of bike associations/clubs to rescind the state government's powers to fragment the structure of the clubs themselves. This is on the basis that if the law is passed on the final reading, the government can then have the power to dismantle any club on the basis of bla... bla... bla...

I'd also recommend Shaun Titmarsh of Baker Ryrie Rickards Titmarsh as a traffic lawyer. I've sent a few friends to him over the years.

I only ask because Police have not used anything that uses a "speed camera" sign for at least 3 years. They dont need signs for speed enforcement.

In my experience your best of saving the $300 an hour your gona be flogging off to lawyers for mods when you get your licence back or put them to better use. If you do the crime you do the time, everyone gets caught eventually..

is three hundred an hour the norm? im paying 350/hr at ford criminal lawyers, she is an associate though so i guess that rates a little more? its potentially a criminal matter but hopefully wont get that far, completely got the wrong guy etc.

as far as i know they dont have expertise in traffic but it is city central (370 pitt st) which is why i went there (plus she was the first one to call me back).
