it's a how long is a piece of string question really.

what type of driving are we talking? urban only? mix urban and freeway? mostly freeway?

on mostly urban with a little bit of freeway, i think the best i got on 98 was around 11.2L/100km with my GT-T. Which was about 440km and then the light clicked on.

350km isn't that horrible if there's some spirited driving in there.

Also, we have no idea of modifications, aftermarket ECU etc etc etc etc etc etc etc

on light cruise the whole tank i can do 500km

proper tune, good tyre pressure and constant cruise

It has been covered 1000 times. I'm running 280rwkw with 740cc injectors and still get 400-450km a tank

Yous all suck if you're getting under 400kms to a tank in a non-GTR.

I just did 463km, with 315kms of that of spirited run to Bathurst and back.

even a 800KW gtr/GTST/GTS could get decent economy

it comes down to how the car is setup (tyres, suspension, tune, working 02 closed loop or good wideband tune)

and how you drive it

pretty sure that when you modify a car to get more power and you need bigger injectors/fuel pump etc.... it's gonna use more fuel

seriously, we dont drive sports cars to get "aconomy"
