Anyone noticed ill-fitted roof panels?

you mean the side panels on the top or the roof itself? i've seen a few side panels a bit warped. it's just a plastic panel that clips on. i think they are easily warped (taking it off to change windscreen for example).

The side panel on top of the door window, have you tried taking it off yourself? The HPC tried to fix it but made it worse, really shits me.

I reckon at least 50% of the cars have this problem.

The gap is wider on the driver's side compared to the passenger side, the roof panel does not seem to be sitting 100%, I will try to put the picture up later.

Instead of bitching here why not speak to the dealer and see what they can do for you, I'm guessing it will be more than anyone here can !!
