Nice racing Video from Final round of American LeMans Series 2009, with an unfortunate finish for one of the two cars battling for 1st, 2nd in GT2 category...

What are people's opinion about which driver was in the wrong?

Porsche driver was being a cock smoker. Sur he was punted in the braking area...but in a straight line you can only move over so mcuh and when the guy is past moving over more is just going ot have that result

100% agree, guess they dont have the only one blocking moving like f1 does. nice little tap by the vette then the porsche driver put the vette into the wall....

The corvette was not completely innocent either.... although it did appear to be the faster car, some great driving by both... how gutted would the corvette team have felt watching that finish!

Nothing like a bit of a brake test by the porsche driver exiting that final corner as well.

You my friend have no soul! :)The only thing as cool as the Vette at Spa last year was the R8 Audi...but he Vette flogged them! Fancy a Vette, the low tech car built by the backward Yanks would again beat Maserati and Nissan...shoudl beat the Porchses, Astons etc in GT2

I will add its been fun watching the GTR getting beaten by the Vette, the Ford GT and how old is the Maserati MC12 etc. Seems a 5.6L V8 isnt enough for the big Nissan

Depeds which series and which year tou are looking at. There are GT3 Vettes as well, and they are doing really well in that series too. Perhaps the Vette is actually a pretty good car if its winning in GT3.

The Z06R vette's are nice machines in any class... and rather tuff looking!

Porsche driver should not have put the Vette driver into the wall. Went a bit far with that one.

There are better ways to win a race than that.

The Vette driver was no angle either, passing in the pit lane exit and making contact with the Porsche, but a real shame to see it end like it did.

Agreed Troy, I thought they were far and away the coolest cars when I was at Le Mans. You really need to hear one in person to appreciate their pure awesomeness!

The race stewards let the finish placing stand, so porsche driver got away with it.
