havoc_r33gtst
i installed a gizzmo ms2 eboost the other day and i cant get it off stock boost i did everything the instructions say to do. i know you have to adjust the duty cycle but this isnt doing anything... at 5000 plus rpm it creeps to about ten but thats it . i believe the ms2 uses the same method of boost control as the ms-ibc unit.. if anyone knows why or has a opinion on wat it could be it would be greatly appreciated Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/329064-eboost-trouble/ Share on other sites

paulr33
leet skillz. when you say "ENGINE" where do you mean? do you mean the back of the plenum? the front of the plenum? somewhere else? have you checked the basics, does the solenoid have power, does it click open/closed when you change boost etc? does the solenoid only have IN and OUT? some have 3 ports Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/329064-eboost-trouble/#findComment-5348668 Share on other sites

paulr33
ok well you need to check the basics and ensure you have the ports matched up correctly have you checked the eboost install guide to see how the solenoid should be plumbed etc Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/329064-eboost-trouble/#findComment-5348687 Share on other sites
BezerkR32
none of the hoses from the solenoid should run to the plenum. the only one that runs from the plenum will go to the guage. the line runing to engine leads to the back of the plenum it has three ports but i am positive its in the right one . how do i check if its working??? by listening to the solenoid while the engines on yes???
