Also Rezz this is the model code on the jap compliance plate KBNR32BFS8 AA im told that the 8 means it is a V spec II is this correct thanks mate!

That R32 V cpec 2 looks good from the outside and hmm those rims are starting to grow on me....

Any idea what they are worth and are they sought after?

So only badging (sticker v spec) is the only exterior parts that are different to the standard R 32 GTR's....

Any other useful info would be appreciated

I used to own a 1993 R32 GT-R V-spec and when I sold it I put together a site with plenty of info. There's also a pic of the build plate in the gallery with info on how to identify a V-spec and V-spec II. It was also painted a greyish blue:
