Thermo Fan Wont Switch Off

I know its not a Skyline but the thermo fan wont turn off on the VY ute and its making the battery go dead... any thoughts on what could cause this or am I heading straight to the Auto Electrics after work?

most likely a faulty relay, but it is best to go see and auto electrician as it could be one of mant things.

Or even stop past at a Holden dealer, they should be able to sort it out fast

Baaad week for the ute, the clutch has now shat itself!!

Yep. Was fine on Wednesday and then Thurs morning went shit and have about an inch of clutch to work with. Checked it out and all the clutch fluid is gone.... We filled it up but we cant get under it to bleed it so taking it to Ultra Tune in Gawler (because we cant drive it far at all)

I think there may be a leak in the cylinder and it finally got empty or something. They are going to bleed and diagnose. Hopefully its not something to expensive!!

I cant complain to much, that car gets worked bloody hard everyday. Suprise something hasnt happened sooner.

The fan was just a faulty fuse so that was an easy fix!

Slave cylinder might be shagged if it's lost all the fluid.

my old 32 did this and it was a a busted clutch fork which busted the slave cylinder.

not fun at all then the clutch pedal snapped two months after this (broke the welds)
