WTB: Strut bar with a difference :)

Hey all - i'm after a strut bar - but here is the deal

it has to suit S13 silvia - but clear a rb25DET plenum - now since the bonnet has to be modded already to fit the engine in - i'm stumped as to what strut - premade or custom - to go for

any ideas?

Have you got the engine in yet?

The reason I ask is, there is a guy here in Brisbane with a 180sx with a NEO rb25det from a 34gtt and he fitted a standard strut brace. All he had to do was trim a small amount off the bracket that holds the throtle cable on the inlet plenum.

The struct brace is one of those no name brand ones that you get from ebay or Justjap for about $90-95.
