Stagea Tyre Range Measurements

What range of tyre measurements can I use to fit tyres-on a 2002 M35 Stagea AXIS AUTECH without any modifications or without scrubbing.

The current tyres are 225 45 18

What specs do most people run on 18 inch rims

Just as an example would 225 50 18 be suitable when doing research as to what to fit.

The current availability of tyres with the original tyres is pretty limited

The speedo being 3km /hr out at 100k is ok as I have a GPS to refer to my speed

Standard 18 inch stagea axis which is 7.5 inch
