Check the pedal box, They are known for breaking near the spot welds causing the box to collapse. Clutch master cylinder is most likely contaminated with junk also. The fact that you have no signs of clutch slip is a positive thing

The fact that you still have drive means that the pressure plate and clutch are at least still working.

As GTR-32U has stated I would check out your peddle bracket, master cylinder and slave cylinder to see if that is where your problem is.

I would work on these to the point where you can get the slave cylinder to operate the clutch fork. This will identify if the problem is in the hydrolic system that works the clutch or the clutch itself.

Are you sure the clutch pivot ball hasn't broken? This happened to me when my old silvia broke down in st kilda and my clutch just dropped, couldn't do shit. Had to replace both the pivot and slave cylinder as it shat itself same time the pivot ball broke. Also spewed clutch fluid all over the middle of beaconsfield pde at 1 in the morning :(

box has to come out unless you have the hands of a 3 year old but with the strength of an adult.

and if you don't have a hoist it is a bit of a pain to do (i found out the hard way). you only need to lower the gearbox enough to be able to work in it, so it can be done with just the car jacked up, but it isn't the easiest

You will need to remove the entire box, that involved dropping the tail shaft, removing the shifter, then sliding the box back.

Whilst you're at it, might as well upgrade to a better clutch, nismo strengthed pivot point, and larger slave ideally from a a Pre-1993 GT-R push type or just get a nismo slave.
