I have a GTR box and i was wondering if there was any way to tell what year range of R32 it came from,

Its a push type if that helps. there are no numbers or anything on the box. is there any visual differences, ribs, bolts, plugs?

from what model/year did they go to a pull type setup?

Thanks Luke

im trying to find out what mine is because nissan said the there is 2 types of speedo drives that were in the 32 box's.

it was year model's that will tell me what one i need, can anyone confirm this as being true or are they the same speedo drive

reguardless.

also is there a difference between a 32 gtr and 33 gtr gearbox shifter. i need to find one.

Tell the idiot at Nissan to look at his notes - he is being lazy. They will both supersede to the same one.

The speedo drive is the same in all series one boxes from 89 - early 93.

hmmm that im not sure of, i have worked out mine is an early type, its a gtr box with transfer cut off, so will i need to fill

both front and rear filler plugs with gear box oil. im not really sure if the seal between the two has been removed.
