drivers side mirror... did it fold in and out and have working mirror part as well?

yes its got a 400r front bar, veilside skirts and a gtr wing,. the front bumper has 400r indicators on it and wont be separating them from the bar.

the drivers side mirror got vandalized one night and just removed it.
