There is a guy here that is selling broken (crash) GTS-4 in ENR33 chassis (coupe).

with RB25DE engine and mechanical transmission.

I'm looking forward to buy it and planning to insert RB26DETT engine into it.

Will it fit ok in that car?

Will i be able to use current gearbox?

Will other electronic stuff like ABS and HiCas work with RB26DETT ECU?

Will that chasis handle that load of power?

Thanks a lot. I got no other sources where i can get that info :D

as long as the transmission is manual not auto you should be fine and it would be much better for where you are ie russia rather than 2wd if its auto you can convert to manual and I would budget on getting an rb 26 transmission at some stage especially iif you plan on increasing the power of the rb 26. hte hicas etc run on differnet ecu's so the motor has little or no effect on them.

cheers

yeap, the transmission is manual. so i guess i can leave that manual gearbox, right?

hey guys, i'm abit new on this forum. but i came here needing help on the same topic,

currently i have an r33 and i wanted to implant a RB26DETT engine into it. But i've had trouble finding prices for the engine in itself... how much would it cost me to get my hands on a decent engine, and as you guys have explained further up top a normal gts t gear box is enuf??

also are there any other things that need to be changed?, will the engine fit into the car perfectly??...any help would be great, thanks guys
