on ebay...yes but majority is DIY so you have to open the light up yourself etc

in the states...yes google CINCITYDESIGNS. roughly $1500 shipped to aus but they do more then just angel eyes.

occasionally there's a set floating around on YAJ thru Import Monster: maybe sling him a pm and see what he can find for you: he's extremely helpful, loves stags, and is reasonably priced... Last set I saw was calculated at around $550 delivered...

If you are willing to seperate your own lights to fit them, go for it, just watch out for buying from the US as their cut-line is different, right rising.
