Silicone Hose For Vac/boost Lines

im wondering if the silicone hose in the link would be suitable for use for vacume/boost signal lines for waste gate, fuel reg etc.

safe with 25psi?

whats the best size ID 4mm, 6mm?

i would think 4mm ID would be fine.

I know the stock lines on my GTR are about 4mm, I contacted performance-wise awhile ago about the same thing, quoted me $35 delivered for a roll of 5m 4mm ID hose ($2 cheaper than that Ebay link when you factor into postage). You can also get silicone vacume hose kits from ebay that come with multiple size hoses.

they are good for boost lines etc as long as you clamp them on, or are a tight fit so they dont blow off.

I was splitting my factory rubber lines with 1 bar, so silicon is definitely the way to go I think.
