Basically I just want to minimise body roll as much as possible. I'm of the understanding the best way to do this is getting the Whiteline adjustable sway bars? Should I consider coilovers also? I'm running std suspension right now. My car is a bit of a pig in the wet and I'm sure this will only make it worse but seriously body roll makes me want to hurt people.

Halp? :bunny:

High springrates are NOT an acceptable method for preventing body roll, that is the purpose of the Anti Roll Bar or "sway bar" in my oppinion you should aim to have higher Anti Roll so you may use lower then usual spring rates which will obviously help traction.

springs can control roll, but they will affect weight transfer under braking and acceleration as well as cornering. And hard springs/firm shocks will limit traction.

generally, the best way to set the car up is springs and shocks as soft as practicable, and sway bars to control the roll.

for a street car only are adjustable sway bars necessary?

Not necessary no, but only if your happy with the Anti roll characteristics straight out of the box, if not your either going to have to get adjustable ones or live with a setup you don't like.

Plus It's gives you one more thing to play with :)
