What's the latest on engine number change without an engineer's cert for RB26 to 30 in a R34 GTR?

Should be no issue as it is less than 25% increase in capacity. Need to check your individual state law however

Some states 3ltr bottom end is illegal no matter what you do.

if this calculation is correct for nsw, does anybody know the exact displacement for the rb30?

maybe engineers just run off the marketed figures i.e. 2600cc & 3000cc
