Whats a HICAS lock kit?

Hiya guys sorry if this is in the wrong section, just wanna know what a HICAS lock kit is and what it does?

HICAS is the 4wheel steering?

So im guessing that the kit turns it off?

Whats the pros and cons?

Id say it would b a drift accessory then?

Or am i TOTALLY off track?

have one in my car. it stops the 4ws. so much easier to drive n drift

Bloody oath piss the HICAS off i decided to leave it on last saturday Combined with my poor driving ability the car did a mad wobble then went asswards for the concrete wall. get rid of it i say. good for day to day driving, Forgiving on the cricuit racing but FUC*ED for drifto. Should i say more. And no i don`t have an anger problem. Get rid of it it is for the best.
