NISSAN SKYLINE R32 GTR RB26 TWIN TURBO

4wd original twin turbo and engine has been a change over its only done 80.000km + but says 160.000+ on the clock and it is registered threw Vic Roads been inspected by them and all.

it has

- After market Apexi power fc computer,

- Apexi AVCR electronic boost controller display,

- 3 inch cat back with canon and split twin dump pipe,

- 17 inch Advan racing 3 spoke with big dish

- BRAND NEW TIRES 100% tread

- heavy duty clutch

- lighter fly wheel

- front and rear strut handling bars

- front and rear drilled brakes with very good brakes

- Nissan 300km speedometer

- blue led dash lights

- 3 3/4 inch Monza rev gauge (mirror look)

- 2 half inch Monza electronic boost gauge (mirror look)

- Momo steering wheel + boss kit

- New battery

- New starter motor

- Yes its got a spoiler

- Freshly Dyno tuned at C & D motors in sunshine made 201kw at all 4 wheels got papers to prove.

BAD POINTS OF THE CAR

- The paint Isn't the best in the world -

- The bonnet has been painted by previous owner try to do Acrylic paint and quiet did not work out well for him looks ruff ,

- A patch on the roof is faded (cut and polish will take it away)

- Spoiler has a few little chips.

-The driver side chair has a tare on it.

over all straight body no dints. inspect your self

not to sure if anyone else relised but this gtr is making alot less then wat one should me making factory mmmmm hope theres reciepts for the replacement engine? ive had 3 r32 gtrs and they all made 215-220awkw factory y havent u bosted in and ran it on the dyno if u have a avc-r????

mine is 201 kw @all for wheels what do you want me to i got no reason to bullshit who ever wants to buy swap can compression test it and the can see the papers , and i don't have time to argue with you .If you want to debate, go join the politics.

not havin a go just saying as some people might be concerned thats all i was told it had a (wierd noise wen it starts) and theres a few mint gtrs for 11500 just tryin to justify it so people on the forum understand a;so compression tests doesnt always rule out that the motor is good thats all not havin a go bud just looking out for everyone

these 'mint' gtrs you talk of.. are we talking 'mint' as in a new paint job, complete interior minus motor or 'mint' because it has big 20' workmiesters?

hudaz, why do you want to get rid of it? and the 'weird noise wen it starts', info?

the noise is from the timing iv been told by my mechanic c&d motors and tuning to tite so makes a squeaky noise at the start and goes away nothing major does not effect the performance or anything.

anyone is welcome for any mechanical checks at own cost.

its not a squek noise its more of a slight tap like a knock comin from the back of the motor inbetween firewall

and mint were race built 26/30 442awkw t04z no 20s lol cant go winton with 20s on work miesters

and the other was extremely clean factory condition with twin hypergear gt428s only pushing 340awkw

i only build my cars for track thats it im just tryin to look out for the other guys on the forum

ebay r32 gtrs and jump on carsales these ones are perfect for under 15k more around the 11-13k mark

im just curious to known where this knock noise is comin from and y he is sellin it only after a few months and only driving it 10 times for only a short distance sounds strange to me but thats my 2cents

      I have an Elite 2500, honestly most of this has been a lot of smaller tasks chasing little details and a whole lot of life getting in the way of bigger projects. I don't mind too much looking at a spectrograph vs having audio knock ears.

      Nah nah nah nah. Don't do it. It's not all about the full throttle power delivery. The main "street fun" and drivability gains from smaller rear (in this case) is how you will have boost available from a low rpm when yo just roll onto the throttle. Think jinking in and out of traffic, coming out of roundabouts, etc etc, where you just want to roll onto the throttle a little and have the spooly noise from ~2000rpm and a swell of torque. More of what you've already achieved by going to 2.5. And then, towards the tail end of 2025 you can pull the turbo 4 out and put in a V8 like we originally suggested. :P

      Cheers for the info mate, I'm old too, 60 years old next May, so a more linear delivery of the 0.86 would be better as baking tyres and snapping heads isn't on the cards for me or the car I assume a more linear power delivery would be better for engine and drivetrain reliability as well, IRT the torque load at lower RPM???, as well as lower EGT's???, if my understanding of that is correct, have I got that right??? I've only got a really basic understanding of turbo sizing and all there characteristics  Cheers for the useful information

      What kind of power delivery are you after? If it's nice and linear, the 0.86 would be better. If you're after bake tyres and head snaps on boost the 0.64 would be fun. I'm boring and old, so linear power is preferred. Lately I've been watching videos on Z06 Corvettes and super charged Mustangs....

      I’d go the smaller rear just because you’re staying on 98, if e85 I’d go the bigger one
