How do you remove an R32 door trim?

my door trims are making sounds that are annoying when driving and I think something is loose.

How do you remove the trims as I have never done it before and don't know where to start?

There are a few screws holding in the handles and at the leading edge of the door, the rest is just popping off the panel as it has press in fittings that will come away as you lift the edges of the trim.

Then just disconnect the power windows (make sure the windows are already down) and lift the whole thing upwards to unhook it from the top of the door and shes off.

theres also three screws along the bottom of the door trim
