Power Up Noise? Help!

car has been off the road and unpowered for a year.... motor is fully built and blah blah.....we finally hooked up the battery (atessa is still dry as is engine) and did key on engine off....and there is a loud noise from front which i know is the abs pump for a second but then there is a continous noise heard from the truck.... sounds is comeing from center of the trunk (spare tire area) or under it (where the atessa pump is if im not mistaken). It doesnt stop either..... also the Gsensor is disconnected..... i tried disconnecting all the relays in the trunk (i think theyre for atessa pump) and yet the noise still happens continously.... it sounds like a power antenna trying to go up non-stop..... i was thinking it was the atessa pump but it doesnt make sense.... shouldnt it stop even it was?

any ideas?

turns out it was the atessa pump..... i filled up the resevoir and turned it on and it gobbled it up and than it shut up
