Suspension Of Licence

Hey All,

Just wondering one of my friend have got his licence suspended for 12 months but still he's willing to take the risk to continue to drive. What are the penalties if

he gets caught again driving with his licence suspended?

first offence - up to $3000 fine or up to 4 months in jail.

second offence - up to $4000 and mandatory jail for 2-12months

also you cant get your license for another 12 months I think it is.

Theres a different between suspened and disqualified, you sure your talking about suspended?

I thought it was about 1 month minimum for second offence.

Yeah its mandatory on second offence for suspened.I will be going for a month on 18th of feb. FARK IT!!!

my cousin is driving at the moment with no license, he has lost it for 6 months and continues to drive to friends houses and work, I tell him if he gets busted its a big time offence, BUT you think he listens to me.......

same, my other friend is driving without a licence. Funny how he has a big NISMO sticker on his bonnet. Cop attractor! hahaha.

reason i know that is cos my mate lost his license for 6 months for dd. Was suspended and that was in the info vic roads sent.

dAVE, if it was for dd he wasnt suspended, he was cancelled. Theres a big difference..
