a mate recons i have a two way diff ! the reason for his thinking is becuase since iv had my car there was a slight knock when accelerating and backing off so we jacked up the car to see if there is any slack ,

we noticed i have a new tailshaft and the movement in the diff is normal.

so for the test drive !!

my car never spins one wheel it just lights up both wheels instantly and if you back off the trottle it will still slide for a bit before full traction is gained.

it does not skip during tight turning (like a mini spool would) unless i power on a bit .

also if i boot it to beat an amber light and back off to turn the car will go into a slid every time even if i back off of a curve in the road ,

i have only driven one car with lsd before but it never acted like this one , it reminds me a bit like when i had a vn with a welded diff ???? but as i said this one doesnt skip when turning sharp ,

Sounds like a 2-way to me. Just get the revs up to 5-6k then release the throttle. You should be able to hear the diff working.
