R33 Gtr Fuel Tank Internal Wiring Question.

Inside a stock R33 GTR fuel tank a pair of wires runs across to the LH side of the tank. What are they for, a secondary fuel level sensor? I can't get my arm / hand in there far enough to feel what they might terminate in. Thanks.

I have a tank removed from the car, today ill see if i can see inside to what they run to..

Ended up being another level sensor thats mounted right at the bottom of the tank possibly for the fuel light.

Wow Ryan, that's one way to find out, thanks very much for this. Wonder why there are so many wires to the unit if it's just a simple low fuel light off / on signal though? I would have thought it would only need two wires...It appears to have three reed switches on the circuit board, as if it gives three signals for differing fuel heights, again, seems needlessly complex. Are the three rings floats? Are they magnetic? Again, great info, thanks Ryan!
