Hi hipsi, that's a tough call to make without a lot more info. Does it do it more over bumps? Or on smooth roads? Wet or dry? Tyre pressures (as in what are they)? Wheel alignment (as in hit anything lately)? Any noises from the rear suspension?

The more info the better, then maybe I can guess, still a guess though.

same thing happened to me, left rear shock too. you could see oil leaked out of it everywhere. i got a second hand shock and spring for $90. it made so much difference.

give your car a shake from each corner, if it keeps shaking for a couple of seconds after you stop then the shock on that corner is probably buggered.
