Twin Turbo Pipe Loose

Guys, the rubber hose at the front end of my twin turbo pipe has come loose. So, 2 querstions.

A) On the hard aluminium pipe with TT written on it there are some lugs near where the rubber pipe is clamped. Does the rubber pipe need to go over the top of these and do you clamp behind them

B) How much torque do you put on the clamp. Wind it up reallly tight or just nip it up firmly.

I think the lugs are just there to mark where the rubber has to go up too.

up to not over lugs

do it up firmly. Most of the sealing is done by the hose itself.
