I've heard nothing but praise for BC coilovers and am almost ready to buy a set but thought I would check prices of coilovers from Japan

BC coilovers are $1300 delivered but I've also be quoted on these

Tein Super Streets $1650 (6-9 week delivery)

Greddy Type S - $1670 (6-9 week delivery)

Not sure which way to go as I would prefer something sooner than 6-9 weeks but also want a good product.

Any recommendations?

Hey mate I posted the same question a week ago and yeah everyone seems to love bc's but there are others that say you get what you pay for. As for my descision on which I'm going to go with the greddy type s as I would rather the peace of mind knowing that I have a good quality product

I thought ISC coilovers were in the same basket as G4,D2 etc and not very good?

Just my perception mind you not an attempt to stir things up

Can I have more info on how these compare to BC coilovers?

+1 for BC's

I'd put the BC's up against the Tein SS or Greddy type S any day... I've heard plenty of horror stories about both esp the Tein SS.

Just because a product comes from a big brand name it doesn't automatically make it a great product these are very much "entry level" items and they are not tuned for local conditions - remember google is your friend!

Good luck

Definetly not in the same league mate. G4 and D2 are generic. ISC is made by ISC. Alot of the design work is also done in Australia along with the new Australian made thrust kit. Our coilovers are also valved to suit different spring rates unlike alot of others out there in the same price bracket. The ISC N1 coilovers have been used in winning DA (national series drift) cars along with the 180sx on the tv show Blood Sweat and Gears being awarded best handling car and the list go's on. If you need any information on the coilovers please send me an email at [email protected] or give me a call on 0413804117.
