Manifold Studs

Im changing my turbo on the stag to a 3076 and need to use a spacer. I went to replace the studs and I've tried hitting em and I just tried heating em and I'm not having much luck geting them out. I got one out quite easy but I've taken the manifold off now so I can soak the others better. Any other ideas or is there sumwhere south I can get it done that someone can recomend?

Lol good idea to replace all studs with new ones.... or you end up tapping a few more studs than required....

try putting one nut on the stud, then put a second nut on the stud. tighten them together and undo the back one should get them out that way.

Wind two nuts onto each stud, and 'lock' them together. Then using a ring spanner and hammer, attempt to unwind the innermost nut using sharp and abrupt hits to the end of the spanner with the hammer.

Failimng that, you can heat the manifold with a blowtorch at the back of the stud, then spray something aerosol delivered (deodorant works well but it's flammable so be careful), onto the stud to cool it rapidly, then try above method?

The 2 nut method was how I got the first one out but the others just won't budge it's just spinning the nuts no matter how tight I can get em. I tried to heat using a little oxy set but didn't help.
