Loss Of Data?

i went back over a few threads i had posted in, only to find a few of my recent posts gone along with some other members posts.

so, was there some minor data loss?

edit: now im 100% sure there's a good gap of posts missing over many threads i had been responding to.

yeah there was a server issue (dunno what) and boards were down from 4 -7pm ish. it lost a lot of posts/threads back to about 10am yesterday

There was a restore required due to database/server issues.

Backups are taken between 03:00 & 003:30, data was restored from Fridays backup @ 21/08 03:30 far as i know.

I was thinking the exact same thing, because I knew that at least in some threads there were no trolling posts to be seen
