I currently have the S1 projectors (no extra clear plastic over parker lights) on my gtst but i cant adjust the lights anymore as they just keep falling back down when i hit a bump. Im going to get new ones but need to know which ones would be best for me. I like the look of the S2 projectors and also the N1's. If i was to get the N1's, would my wiring and globes fit straight in? Also i have an Mspec so would my current fog light wires plug straight into the foggys on the N1?

Or should i just get the S2 projectors. Hopefully straight swap, same globes.

Cheers for any info.

Oh, i will be purchasing one or the other from just jap, so if they read this and have any info that would be great too.

There's no such thing as N1 headlights, you either have poverty pack headlights (apparently N1's), series 1 projectors or series 2 projectors. Also, no such thing as an M-Spec R32. So I'm guessing you just confused the crap out of everyone with your post, hence no replies.

What you want to know is if you can upgrade to S2 projectors, or downgrade to poverty pack headlights on your S2 R32 GTSt Type M (which for some reason has S1 headlights? How does a 93 model R32 end up with S1's, the transition was in mid 1992).

The answer is yes you can, but you'll need to splice the right sockets for the bulbs as the bulbs are different between all 3 sets and your foglights.

Ahh, i meant type m, sorry. Yeah, a bit suss with the s1 headlights on a 93 model. The front bar is also a different shade of burgundy too, so im guessing it was in an accident before i bought it or something. Was from an importer so must have been done in japan?. Anyways thanks for the info. Basically no matter what i change to, there will be extra work involved.

I did a search and found the thread on the povo pack explanation but nothing on changing over to them. Thanks again.

Well if the lights were changed over before, you might be lucky and have both plugs that you need to upgrade back to S2 projectors. Might be worth checking behind the headlight.
