Fuel Pressure Reg Brand Differences?

Hey Guys,

I am looking to purchase a fuel pressure reg in the near future and just have a few questions regarding different types/brands

- Is there a difference between brands? Which are better? why?

- What features should I be looking for? are they all adjustable?

- Are they universal or do i need a special type to fit an rb25?

Hi Adam, there are basically two styles of adjustable regulators;

^ Universal, that require a hose fitting from the fuel rail to the regulator

^ Specific, that mount in the standard position on the fuel rail

We use Nismo (specific) from Nengun, cost $170'ish delivered.

Are the Nismo pressure regs model specific? Or are they all the same for nissans?
