Hiflow R34neo/vg30 Turbo Kit, Freshly Rebuilt Turbo

Hi guys,

For sale here is a Hiflow turbo kit to suit Rb20 and RB25s. It is a DIRECT BOLT ON kit with absolutely nothing more needed to fit it up to a standard setup.

It has been freshly rebuilt by Stao at Hypergear, having had the oil seals replaced, wheel air gaps checked and shaft assembly balanced. The front plate has been replaced due to an inbalance in the shaft previously. The receipt of over $500 within the last month can be presented upon sale of the kit.

The front side of the turbo is a R34 RB25Neo front housing, with an enlarged wheel, and the rear housing is a VG30, also fitted with a larger wheel.

The core is a ball bearing unit, which bolts up to the standard turbo water lines.

A stainless braided oil feed line with all fittings required is included with the turbo. The oil drain silicon hose shown is included.

This is an amazing turbo to rival R33 RB25 Hiflows, with awesome response and packets of top end power.

Previously made 230kw on a RB25 at a touch over 13psi at peak, stock injectors (reason for power limit) and stock cam gears.

With some better boost control, 16psi and cam gears, I dont see why it wouldnt top at least 250.

Also, included with the sale is a custom 3" dump and front pipe. This must be used with the turbo due to its VG30 rear housing. It will fit to existing cats providing your current front pipe is of standard orientation of the flanges.

Reason for sale is due to change in direction of the car, going for a larger setup.
