Good luck in your search, but if it were me I'd just make one up.

Get a 2" bend (or whatever side the pipework is) and some steel plate, weld it up and it's all done. Use stainless or powdercoat to avoid flakes of rust in your intake.

well i would make one, but do you know how hard it is to make something fit between two solid objects? like its not a fitting that can move or flex a bit, its a peice that must be bolted between two objects that are themselves bolted to the block. No room for movement. To make it, id have to tack weld it together on the engine, and I cant do that (useing the welder at work)

so you see why i must buy it:)
