Driver Seat Problem

My drivers seat won't auto move forward and return when flipped forward and the set back.

It still works from the switch just fine ,just doesn't do the auto thing.

Is there anything I should look at to fix.

Its no big deal I just like everything to work the way they should.

I thought that feature only for the passenger side seat on 2dr coupe?

Does the interior light come on when you open the drivers door?

I had a similar problem with the passenger side (seat wouldn't auto forward/back when flipping the seat) one of the other symptoms was the interior lights not working.

The source of my problem though was the people repairing my window motor used generic parts and had to modify the wiring to get it to work, I think they disconnected the door switch but not sure, it's somewhere to start looking.

I notice this same problem sometimes with mine as well. I find a trick is to make sure the seat handle lever clicks in properly when you pull it back so that you hear it lock in and then it works for me.. when I lift the lever half-@ssed to get to the back seat and let go 'lightly' it catches somewhere and then it wont move back into place..
