Hey

ive installed led tail lights into my r34 today [ bday present from my gf ] but only the brake light works when i step the brake, the rest of the time they stay off, ive opened the fuse box and replaced the fuse but it keeps blowing. right now all my dash lights dont work along with my park lights.

has anyone else had this problem? i have put the stock 10 in but that blew so i tried 15 but it didnt last a second kept trying to the 25 and that last a second then it just blew. these tail lights are new and if i cant get them working tonight ill take it back to the store tomorrow

can someone please leave some input on how to resolve this or if your a auto sparky thats free on this crappy friday night i could really use your help

Thanks

lol @ the 25amp fuse. i hope it didnt melt the harness!

its blowing coz theres a short, a higher rated fuse wont help, and ur going from bulbs to leds so ur new tail lights will actually draw less current then your old ones. u'll never need anything higher then a 10amp

id help u out but im going to bed soon ive got work in the morning and ive still gotta find out if my car is a write off or repairable - yay for 3grand excess!
