Cam Seal Replace - Please Help

Guys,

I'm going to replace my R33 cam seals. im having prob to remove intake side cam gear. if any body did this b4 appriciate your tips. Thanks

what part are you having problem with? taken the 4 screws out of cap and removed spring then put a socket on the nut within while holding the hex on the camshaft to undo it? then it should wiggle off...

get yourself a 3 or 4 jaw puller. Not specific to cam gears, but can be used on alot of things.
