Only bad things i saw were cars starting their run when cars were spun out on the middle of the track, and a marshal running over to move a cone on the track while 2 cars where coming into the first turn flat out.

yeah bit of an error of judgment there. a lack of 2 way radios on the day made it hard to let everyone know what was going on. the guy on the start line letting cars go had no radio and was going by a flag system.

dont think we'll be using tyres again for the middle.. it was all we had to set it up initially but next time we'll use bollard cones or something

what if you got a cage?

at winton raceway (VIC), is if the car is fitted with a roll cage, passengers are allowed throughout the day. its a great experience! esp if you got an experienced driver with you giving you pointers etc.

might be something you guys could consider?
