hah ha what ive told you is all i know :D sorry champ.

im tipping you'll be there for a while with an orbital sander though.

i think the diamond blade wet saw would be your best bet.

or a combination of drilling, sawing and sanding :(

have you tried being happy with the orange lenses? :P

I've decided i'm going to drill a couple of holes close together and then try and fit a diamond blade tile cutting jigsaw piece into it and try and cut it.

I've been a bit busy lately to get back onto this project but as soon as I have some more time i'll start on it.

Im going to have a go at this too as soon as I get another set of lenses.

If I have any luck I will let you know...

I think it will just be about finding the right man for the job of cutting/shaping/manipulating that damn lense.

Cool, let me know how you go with yours if you get it done before me. I really want to have them ready by the time PSI parts have those carbon surrounds ready so I can install both at the same time.
