i think the diamond blade wet saw would be your best bet.

or a combination of drilling, sawing and sanding

I've decided i'm going to drill a couple of holes close together and then try and fit a diamond blade tile cutting jigsaw piece into it and try and cut it.

I've been a bit busy lately to get back onto this project but as soon as I have some more time i'll start on it.

Yeah, but that holds the same problem that the laser cutting does. I don't think any company will want to waste their time with such a small job

I think it will just be about finding the right man for the job of cutting/shaping/manipulating that damn lense.

Cool, let me know how you go with yours if you get it done before me. I really want to have them ready by the time PSI parts have those carbon surrounds ready so I can install both at the same time.

Pretty much. PSI Parts were/are in the process of doing something with a plastic mould though.

As above, wasn't possible to do in the way that I wanted. Also PSI Parts couldn't get them made (that was in another thread). So no go unfortunately.
