R34 Gtt Suspension Replacement Parts

Hi Guys,

Went to fit pineapples in my R34 GTT at Traction Tyres on the weekend and was told i needed to replace the following:

"Front caster bushes leaking, Front & Rear tie rod boots split".

I was wondering if someone could point to me in the right direction of parts to replace them with.

I have tried a search but unfortunately could not find the information I was after especially with the tie rods.

I have had a look at the whiteline website and saw the following but not sure?

For the caster bushes: KCA 331 http://www.whiteline.com.au/product_detail...t_number=KCA331

For the tie rods? I wasn't sure? These? http://www.whiteline.com.au/product_detail...rt_number=W0206

In addition if there is anything else worth replacing that may as well be done to save labour costs let me know.

hey bud,

if you want to do a complete suspension overhaul here is the complete christmas wishlist;

Shocks - ~$1200

Springs - $600

swaybars adjustable - $225 each

hicas eliminator (if req) - $220

Castor Bushes

Radius Rod - $120

Front Arm/Camber - $170

Rear Arm upper/Camber - $145 x 2 you will need

Subframe - $130

not too sure of any good suspension/steering workshops in melbourne, but you may have some luck if you have a gander in the suspension/tyres section, you may find some places

all the best with it, and as always, report your findings and experience with whoever you go with so others can benefit off the feedback!

I would pay a bit extra and get adjustable castor bushes that will increase the castor (better turn in) without sacrifising ride or attracting defects.

Huh this is a dead thread huh anyway ill still post for the benefit of readers I'm in the same boat need to register my car just imported it and I need to fix the castor and rear right suspension before getting road certificate.will post updates.

slight gravedig, anyone know anywhere in hornsby NSW or anywhere else which will supply all parts such as this:
