you can work that one out for yourself...

i'd have a lot less worry parking my car in an enclosed car port - but if a theif really wants to steal it, they'll find a way in and take it

hence introduction of GPS.....

Yuppo.

Nothing you can do. I dont understand why thats so hard to get through peoples head.

If someone really wants your car they WILL get it. Alarm, immobiliser, gps etc. might slow them down but there's a way to bypass everything and an experienced thief will be out of there in under a minute.

Ive lived in Europe for half my life and a brand new Audi r8, BMW m5 etc. makes its way from Germany to Russia in 3 days. Im pretty sure these manufacturers take a massive precaution as to theft of their cars yet they are as good as gone.

Yes an alarm or immobilizer is required for insurance etc. but thats as far as thats gonna go if a real thief wants your car. Best thing to do is get insurance and hope no one likes your pride and joy a little too much.

all the best to getting it back, this is becoming way to regular. long shot, but if he has reported some of the items that are specific to his car e.g sound system, wheels or any clothes left inside the car to the police, and it makes its way into a cashies some time soon. you can trace back to who sold it there and get some form of justice

try the cashies in elizabeth etc.

(not tryna be stereotypical or offend anyone)
