Ok having a few problems with my R34, It's a 1998

Basically car was running fine no issues :) took it to a mate to have rocker cover seals replaced, rotors machined and coilovers put all, All went to plan until we went to start it, And the car was turning over fueling etc just sounded like no spark

We went over and tripled checked all plugs that we have unplugged etc and everything is where it came from, We have checked injector pulse and cranking RMP and they are all OK but there is a faint trigger pulse at the coilpacks ? what could cause this ? Have we maybe disturbed a wire when we were doing the rocker cover? Or some earth along the way that could of been moved ?

Any help greatly appreciated

Thanks

At the back of the coilpack cover, if it was removed, I would double check it's ground wire (seperate black wire) that it has a clean earth. The ignitor is hard to miss, it's a square silver box with fins (looks like a heatsink) about the size of a mobile phone

NEO's dont have an igniter at the back of the head, its built into the ecu. What trouble code is it showing?

None ;)

is that your girlfriend in the avatar

if so, u wont have time to drive your gtr :)

Hahah I wish

On rb26s its possible to mix up the 2 connectors at back of inlet manifold which is for the coilpacks.

Not sure i its the same for ur car but worth checking

Interesting, Can any-1 confirm this ;) ?
