Whats the difference between the Sr20De botttom end and the SR20det Bottom end??

And would a SR20de bottom go with a SR20det head?

Any ideas on what will happen?

There are some differences off the top of my head including oil squirters on the GTi-R version, unsure about u12 and 13 SR20DET's though

OK, with an s13 SR20de-DET, differences are;

Pistons in the DET are dished more deeply giving the lower compression

No under piston oil squirters on the DE

Substantially thinner rods on the DE (despite what others may tell you about them being the same. I have them both in my study as I type....)

Smaller oil pump

Thats about the differences in the bottom end that I know of, other than there obviously being no oil feed/return or water return on the block that is....
