Ok, its on! Have done an exchange with a friend for some parts which means amongst other things i now have some new SARD 700cc injectors. So they can go in with my new fuel rail with full ptfe/braid lines and fuel reg and we can start to see what sort of boost we can screw into my thing with E85 :/

Its on ... IS ON LIKE KING KONG!!!!

Must be in the tune. My thing does not hit that hard and sure as hell doesnt break into wheelspin, a little bit in st but 2nd gear just hooks up :(

I like the 20 in the corners as it has less torqe to turn the tyres and easier to get on the loud pedal. By corners i mean corners, not silly 120 deg turns on a skid pan, but 70km/h+ corners on a circuit

Mine does not wheel spin like that, but slow corners like on a skidpan it does not exactly shine in the response department, like I said need moar ballz :)

Mine comes on like a freight train... You really do feel the difference between 100hp at 4000 and 370hp at 5100 :)

Burst into wheelspin in 2nd and sometimes 3rd. Mind you mine is running a bit more boost than both your TD06 setups!

Also shit tyres do not help :( Going to try a set of KU36's after I fix the gearbox

that's what I thought when i retuned for manildra e85 last time but I hit the point of deminishing return @ 323rwkw... and killed the tune there, as it' pointless screwing in more boost past that point... my poor lil turbo just couldn't flow any more... :)

you got a dyno graph of your current setup handy roy?

Going to try a set of KU36's

do it... i'm loving mine for the price!

RE001 on the street, yet to decide on track tyres (I have not had enough days out on the track with this turbo to justify RE55's). Personally I am thinking Toyo R888's. But I want a set of rims just for the track, just hard to find decent 17's in 4 stud with width and offset.

We found the same thing... We added both timing and boost at that power level and neither made any extra power!

Dont waste your time of money with R888s. Federal 595RSR id you can front $400 a tyre, or just the cheaper Federal or Khumos otherwise

The most responsive curve was the Greddy manifold and 100RON. The laggier curves are the 6boost manifold with 90RON and then the same with some ignition wound out of it

Most responsive curve was with 100RON fuel...Isnt that obvious?

I seriously hope youre not suggesting the difference in curves was a result of the manifolds?...Is that what youre suggesting?

HUGE difference between 90 and 100 RON fuel.....

the 90 is probably a typo which should say 98

Typo 98 vs 100RON. And i cant remember what rims and tyres my car had on it last time it was dynoed so since the curves are pretty similar just offset, perhaps there was a diam difference which meant the difference in response and curve. But having driven the car a bit with the new setup, I still think the 6boost setup if anything gives away a tad performance compared to the Greddy manifold, there is absolutely no way as far as i can figure that anyone can say the 6boost works better then the Greddy manifold for my setup. I just hope that the thing is a reliable beast of a thing and I get years of serves from it :P
