The Side Skirts what look to be ZERO-G.

^^ Scroll down to find the Blue R34 GTR.

The Front Bar is the stock Nissan 1 but with factory option Vents on the front and side of the Front Bar.

Ppl call it the N1 Vents... I think it is just a Nismo add on item as the Nismo Front Bar for the R34 GTR will have those vents.

That front bar is the standard front bar for all or most UK spec r34's (UK delivered)
