Diy R33 Gtr Throttle Body Removal

There seams to be some sort of leak coming from under the throttle body

I'm pretty confident with my with my tools so I'm going to try and fix it myself

Any advice before I start? Bolt location? Remove the fuel rail?

Is there a thread somwhere? I did a search and couldn't find anything

If you havnt done it before, allow about 8-10 hours. Make sure you have ratchet spanners and a 1/4 ratchet set with a uni

A swear jar is very helpful too. U will be rich before u finish getting it back on.

I've done this job, too. Be prepared to lose much of the skin on your knuckles. I suggest getting one of those protecting sheets to put on the side of your car to stop it getting scratched etc. Swear jar is also a necessity. I used to instructions in the R33 manual. They are pretty straight forward provided you are able to bend your wrists backwards. I think it took me about 2 days, but I took my time and also took the chance to paint the plenum while it was out.

You'd have to take the opportunity to replace all the various heater and air hoses as you'd be unhappy if one let go the following week.
