Timing Belt Tension?

hi guys and gals. ive been searching everywhere for how tight the timing belt should be, or how to check it (where to squeeze, and how many MM of deflection in it)

any help or a link in the right direction would be great as im doing the timing belt, pump, etc etc tomorrow and cant find the answer anywhere

nm, found it. as long as the tensioner is under its own spring tension, it will get itself right by turning the crank 2 whole turns
