acording to the drivesafe handbook (the license handbook) the car with a portion in front has right of way

(epic fkn lulz, THAT should clear things up eh?)

Also, when merging, BOTH lanes have to indicate, regardless of location

I thought it was the vehicle on the right...well fark me I was actually wrong. MMMM didnt see that coming.

The first in front rule promotes ungentlemanly behaviour.
