Help For 33

My skyline has not been started for about 4 days cause i was sick and unable to start it

so as i was a little better today i started it up and droove it and its not driving the same at all it runs a little rough

and also when the car is idleing it makes like a little buzzing niose you get in ur ears sometime's

any idea what this could be??

Could be 100 different things as your description is majorly lacking in detail

when i drive my car for ages i pick a lot of things that i never realised before...but it was just me being super concious about the car...that might be the same case for you too...
