Call RE Customs and see if Matt Lowth (close mate of mine) is still tuning via them - If he is, he is the guy you want ;) Otherwise RE also do tune as well i believe.

Uses the factory ECU and so on so nice and affordable, no drivebility problems.

His own car was making 280awkw before he sold it, one of the fastest street cars i have ever been in :)

Yeah he still tunes at RE's and he would be my recommendation :)

his car was at 320awkw on e85 last i heard :(

I go to Creatd Motorsports, they do a good job and close to me..... but my next tune will be with Matt for sure

Are they aftermarket or factory ECU tuning?

The factory ECU is 100% tuneable in basically every area. Better than Nistune :)

yeah the factory ECU is the best choice, especially considering your only paying to lose features with the FC :S

Ask Nick his the evo fan boi now

lol :D

ya i know his got an evo so i am hoping he comments here...but spoke to a lot of evo guys and all say techsport...but they send cars off to get tune unfortunately...and that guy is asking for big money...well if it was me i will be ready to pay that since they are the best but he wasnt happy spending all that with them...you know him...the guy with the black evo...came to nandos with us where we first met....
HAHAHA!!! too late...my mate already bought all the stuff...he got the Apexi PFC...for dirt price....so he might as well get it tuned with it on...

to talk to your best mate, do we call RE and ask for him and ask him if he can tune the car? But doesnt Ray tune the cars there?

Techsport are more of the evo wreckers around.... good for parts, but not many people i know have there cars tuned there

If you want good tuners pick out of these

Matt Lowth (at RE customs)

Creatd Motorsports in Campbellfield

Chasers in West Melb (eastern divsion dosent have a dyno yet)

Tell your mate to sell the Power FC though

the factory ECU has all the knock sensors and features which will save your engine when it comes to the crunch (recently had a mate have his 2.4litre stroker motor die because the PFC didnt pickup the knock)

when it comes for tuning there are such minimal gains on the pfc (if any) compared to the standard ecu its not worth using it

all the CP9A (4,5,6) evo guys use 7 ecu's as ugrades even though it costs more than power fc's to setup on there cars like over $1k more

plus then less chance of getting EPA's if cops go looking for aftermarket ECU's etc

I know your mate has got the FC now, but if it was my choice id get rid of it.... considering the factory ECU will save his engine with the knock sensors etc i wouldnt be risking it to use it

thanks a lot guys..ill explain him everything and what you guys have said and let you know...atm he is looking at going to Creatd Motorsports cause he really like something Rob said to him...not sure what it is..all he says its a surprise for me...hehe...THANKS A LOT FOR ALL THAT INFO...

I see...

Personal experience I guess...

:)

ya i guess it comes down to personal experience....well who ever my mates picks, hope they dont stuff him around...thats all i care about...
